So, let's start

Required Materials:-

1) 4 LEDs of 1 Watt.

2) Some Wires.

3) A Switch.

4) A Plastic Lid.

5) A Round Transparent Glass or Plastic Piece For Save The LEDs From Water.

6) A old CFL or LED Back Cover For Making Headlight Body.

7) Aluminium Foil(Silver Foil) or Any Silver Paper For Reflecting The Light.

8) 9v Battery

01 First Step

Friends, first of all you Connect the Positive (+) Point of all four LEDs together. After that you connect the Negative (-) Point of all the four LEDs together using a wire. Now you have two wires emitted from the LED. Positive and Negative.

02 Second Step

Friends, now you paste all the connected LEDs on the plastic lid.

03 Third Step

Now take an old CFL or LED back cover. And stick aluminum foil around the inside of the cover to reflect the light.

04 Fourth Step

Now stick the plastic lid inside the CFL back cover.

05 Fifth Step

Friends, now you fix the headlight on the handle bar of your bicycle and after that you stick a round transparent glass or plastic piece in front of the headlight to protect the LED from water.

06 Sixth Step

Now, you connect the positive wire of the headlight to the first point of the switch, then you connect a wire from the second point of the switch to the positive terminal of the 9v battery, then you connect the negative wire of the headlight to the negative terminal of the 9v battery,

And now you have to put the battery and switch on your bicycle properly so that it does not fall when cycling.

07 Seventh Step

Friends, now turn on the switch and check that your headlight is glowing, if your headlight is not glowing please check your connection. If your headlight is glowing then use this headlight and ride your bicycle safely at night.

साइकिल हेडलाइट कैसे बनाएं 

 यदि आप खोज रहे हैं कि साइकिल हेडलाइट, साइकल लाइट,आदि कैसे बनाया जाए। तो आप सही जगह पर आए हैं।

 नमस्कार दोस्तों  मैं सोनू हूँ और मेरे ब्लॉग पेज पर आपका स्वागत है, दोस्तों इस ब्लॉग में मैं आपको आसान चरणों में घर पर साइकिल हेडलाइट बनाना सिखाऊंगा। तो, जानने के लिए इस ब्लॉग को शुरू से अंत तक पढ़ते रहें।

तो, चलिए  शुरू करते हैं

आवश्यक सामग्री:-

1) 1 Watt के 4 LED।

2) कुछ तार।

3) एक स्विच।

4) एक प्लास्टिक का ढक्कन।

5) पानी से एलईडी को बचाने के लिए एक गोल पारदर्शी ग्लास या प्लास्टिक का टुकड़ा।

6) हेडलाइट बॉडी बनाने के लिए एक पुराना सीएफएल या एलईडी बैक कवर।

7) एल्युमिनियम फॉयल (सिल्वर फॉयल) या लाइट को रिफ्लेक्ट करने के लिए कोई सिल्वर पेपर।

8) एक 9v बैटरी।

01 पहला चरण

दोस्तों, सबसे पहले आप सभी चारो LED के Positive (+) Point  को एक साथ जोड़े।  उसके बाद आप सभी चारो LED के Negative (-) Point  को एक साथ तार की मदद से जोड़े। अब आपके पास LED से निकले हुए दो  तार हैं। Positive और Negative.

02 दूसरा चरण

दोस्तों, अब आप सभी जोड़े हुए LED को प्लास्टिक के ढक्कन  पर चिपका दें।

03 तीसरा चरण

अब आप एक पुराना सीएफएल या एलईडी बैक कवर ले।और प्रकाश को प्रतिबिंबित करने के लिए कवर के अंदर चारो तरफ एल्यूमीनियम फॉयल चिपका दे ।

04 चौथा चरण

अब आप सीएफएल बैक कवर के अंदर प्लास्टिक का ढक्कन चिपकाएँ।

05 पांचवां चरण

दोस्तों, अब आप अपने साइकिल के हैंडल बार पर हेडलाइट को फिक्स  करें और उसके बाद आप पानी से LED को बचाने के लिए हेडलाइट के सामने गोल पारदर्शी ग्लास या प्लास्टिक का टुकड़ा चिपकाएँ।

06 छठा चरण

अब, आप हेडलाइट के पॉजिटिव वायर को स्विच के पहले पॉइंट से कनेक्ट करे, उसके बाद आप स्विच के दूसरे  पॉइंट से एक तार को 9v बैटरी के पॉजिटिव टर्मिनल से कनेक्ट करे, फिर  आप हेडलाइट के नेगेटिव वायर को 9v बैटरी के नेगेटिव टर्मिनल से कनेक्ट करते हैं।

और अब आपको अपनी साइकिल पर बैटरी और स्विच को अच्छे से लगा देना है ताकि साइकिल चलाने पर वह गिरे नही ।

07 सातवां चरण

दोस्तों, अब स्विच ऑन करें और चेक करें कि आपकी हेडलाइट चमक रही है, अगर आपकी हेडलाइट चमक नहीं रही है तो कृपया अपने कनेक्शन की जांच करें। यदि आपकी हेडलाइट चमक रही है तो आप इस हेडलाइट का उपयोग करें और रात को अपनी साइकिल को सुरक्षित रूप से चलाएं।
